BSc Hons Ost, DO.
European School of Osteopathy, 1999

During the last 25 years, I have developed and curated a toolbox of cranial, visceral, obstetric and paediatric osteopathic skills. We can collate a unique blend of these, based on our face to face, detailed consultation, with room for your views and perspective on the problem – and work physically with the body to yield its tension and the accompanying pain.

We will take time to see how all the systems of the body express health, and where challenges lie. How many barriers to good health are to be found in your environment, your food, your sleep and activities? Which of these barriers are ‘safe’ to challenge, potentially rewarding you with greater Physical Wellbeing, often psychological too. How we move in the world, at home, at leisure and at work, leaves its traces in our tissues. We can uncover together the behaviours and habits that can underlie persistent problems.

Whether its ergonomics, holistic health coaching, pain management or medicine. I’ll always listen and value your input.

I retired from the General Osteopathic Council’s register after lockdown, in 2022, for a number of reasons I am happy to discuss in person. The permitted title that now best suits my broad skillset is Physical Wellbeing Specialist.

Continuing Professional Development

Here’s a look at a sample of £30k+ courses and CPD I’ve done over the 26 years – and the aspects of my practice that I love most. It’ll help you decide whether I can help you. Appointments are usually available in the same week, for minimum 1 hour for new patients, and 45 min for follow-ups.
