So this is me. Well, not really – though I did put the heating on for the first time!!! (At least the image is not AI!) I guess this was alot of us this weekend, succumbing to the temperature drop and the excuse to enter hibernation mode.
But honestly, I was more than a little achy before I took the dog for a walk. I think my body had begun to turn to concrete – but the short stroll to get the school lunches for this week, eased up the stiffness in my torso, already better for some acupuncture last week. All I need now is an excuse (and the time!) to visit London to see my osteopath and teacher, Elspeth Alexander DO., who has come to the rescue more than once over the years… and if I’m lucky the probability of lunch on Marylebone High Street, yum…
